The photographer who says he was attacked by angry Michael Jackson fans is finally telling his side of the story -- claiming his attackers were "laying in wait."
The photog, Ed Frommer, claims he was "jabbed" with a baseball bat several times by three MJ fans over a defamation lawsuit he filed against Debbie Rowe. The lawsuit stems from an encounter between Frommer and Rowe that went down in front of a Chinese food restaurant back in July.
As we first reported, Frommer claims three men pulled him out of his car in Lancaster, Ca and began screaming "leave Debbie alone" -- while shoving a bat in his chest.
Frommer doesn't think Debbie put the men up to it -- but he warns he's taken "precautions" to ensure it doesn't happen again.
Arnold Schwarzenegger clearly learned a thing or two about falling on the sword ... because he made no excuses about parking his Porsche in a red zone the other day.
Will Arnold's bold mea culpa influence Maria -- who's been known to break a traffic law or two?
Oprah's mom is officially off the hook for a $155,547 bill she owed to a Milwaukee clothing boutique -- and TMZ has learned she has her famous daughter to thank.
Our spies at the Valentina Inc. boutique tell us Oprah personally covered the balance her mother, Vernita Lee, owed for bills she racked up.
Oprah's big gift officially settles the suit the store filed against her mom.
Adam Lambert takes issue with "Good Morning America" for pulling the plug on his post-AMA/mouth-to-crotch performance -- so he tells Ryan Seacrest.
Lambert's revenge is CBS's "The Early Show" -- which he'll appear on tomorrow.
As for having a guy "snorkel" in his crotch -- as Ryan put it on his radio show this AM -- Adam admits he got carried away, but he's "not a babysitter" and kids shouldn't have been watching TV that late anyway.
Dr. Conrad Murray has absolutely no restrictions on his ability to administer Propofol -- the drug that killed Michael Jackson.
We did some checking ... Dr. Murray still has full privileges to practice and operate at Doctors Hospital Tidwell in Houston. We're told Propofol is available for Murray's use.
As for ordering the drug ... no problemo. Dr. Murray can, if he chooses, get bottles of Propofol without special limitations.
As we previously reported, Dr. Murray -- who is seeing patients again -- is being investigated by the DEA and the LAPD in connection with Michael Jackson's death. The Texas Medical Board is also taking a look at the good doc.
Arnold Schwarzenegger claims he hasn't been pulled over since he became Governor of California 6 years ago -- but as we all know ... it's not because he's never broken the law!!!! The infamous red zone parker and husband to law avoiding citizenMaria Shriver was on Leno last night -- where he admitted he hasn't been pulled over, let alone gotten a ticket, since he was sworn in.
His term ends in 2011. Watch out -- karma's a bitch.
With his Brooke-alike girlfriend on one side and some fellow wrestling goons on the other, Hulk Hogan took time out from bleeding all over the place to char his topless man breasts in the Australian sun on Monday.
Hopefully, the 56-year-old and his gal used protection.
The people who didn't like Adam Lambert's "American Music Awards" performance won't have to worry about a repeat performance on "Good Morning America" -- cause that gig is canceled.
Leading a guy around on a leash and kissing another was apparently too much for ABC. A rep for the show told TV Newser, "Given his controversial live performance on the AMAs we were concerned about airing a similar concert so early in the morning."
Ironically enough, Lambert announced he was gay on "20/20" earlier this year -- which airs on ABC.
15-year-old pop thing Justin Bieber is known for breakin' the hearts of 12-year-old girls -- but last night, he finished off his show by breaking his foot.
After his concert in London, Justin posted the above pic of his foot in a cast on his Twitter -- along with a play-by-play on how he hurt himself, saying, "In the last song ONE TIME i tripped over something on stage coming down the ramp and felt my ankle roll in a very bad way.
turns out I fractured my foot and had to finish the song on a broken foot. After i was done i was in such pain i skipped the encore and got off stage and back to see the medics."
It's clear from the video he's hurtin' -- fortunately his loyal army of 12-year-olds are willing to nurse him back to health.
A photographer who is suing Debbie Rowe claims he was attacked with a bat by three men who were yelling, "Leave Debbie alone." Photog Ed Frommer is suing Rowe, claiming she defamed him by "lying" to police by saying he intentionally scratched her face and struck her. Frommer has sued Rowe for $7,500 in small claims court.
Frommer told cops on Sunday at 11:15 PM in Lancaster, CA, three males began following him in two different cars and ran him off the road. Frommer told police they got out of their cars -- one of them wielding a bat and poking him in the chest. They were yelling, "Leave Debbie alone."
Frommer doesn't think Debbie Rowe is behind it, but believes there are rabid Michael Jackson fans out to get him.
