23. I was very surprised to hear that she passed a drug test. I was sure drugs were the reason for her behavior. Most street drugs such as cocaine, heroin, meth, etc. take several days to pass through the system, so if she passed a drug test that means she's been clean for at least a couple of weeks.

27. Oh, for God's sake. She barely bumped into the other car's bumper in a parking lot, and people there at the time said to her on video that she caused no damage to the other car. There wasn't any visible damage to the other car on that video, either. This is just a judge trying to get his 15 minutes of fame by appearing tough on celebrities.

Britney and all the other celebs getting slammed by the court for minor offenses need to thank Paris Hilton. Had Parisite not pulled that stunt with pretending to be dying to get out of jail, chances are the judge would just tell Britney to pay for the damage.
